I have small ear canals, so any in the ear, buds, did not stay put. The sound is wonderful even when walking on a busy road I don't lose sound quality!

Also, be sure that the volume levels on your phone and the earbuds are turned up as you can control the volume from both to give you a better listening experience.

The battery life on the earbuds will be up to 8 hours and they will be fully charged within 2 hours. I would recommend that when you finish using them, to snap the Open Earbuds onto the charging base, so they’re always ready to go.
