They look nice, but so uncomfortable. Over the ear hooks very hard and hurting your ears. If you listening music its more or less ok, but if you on a phone...you can not here anything...sound so low. Also you have to remember to turn it on and off every time. Case slippery and no magnet to hold them and they do not stay on charger, which separate, and keep falling and not charge. Had to return.

To start with, with the proper fit, these should not hurt, check out the steps here https://bose.life/2NlbbpA to get the best fit. It is very strange that you did not hear audio when on a call, we also have steps to fix this too. Check them out here https://bose.life/3rtELHR. There are magnets that hold the buds onto the charger, as shown in the video here https://bose.life/3avWcSJ. To get them to charge, you need to match the buds to the image on the charging base.

And i love ALL things bose. My ears hurt SO bad both of them i tried and tried to repositon but top of my ears were so raw i couldn't touch them i tried several attempts to get use to it. But the pain was non stop. I returned then for a different pair the white noise canceling bose buds. Cost a little more but definitely worth it. Now the new ones fit perfect and there is no pain.
