||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, I love Bose - I have multiple working noise-cancelling and wireless earbuds (BSOE) and corded headphones including the A20's. These buds were disappointing, but I give Best Buy an A+ on customer service! I preordered these online and was excited for a Bose product I could use in my workouts without them falling out... Packaging was typical Bose, although you need to use their charging cradle (USB-A) to charge them - odd in this day and age, but that does enable firmware updates when connected to a PC or Mac. One big functionality "miss" for me, while the BSOE's can be paired with multiple devices, the only way to listen to a different device is to turn off the one the BSOE's are currently connected to - by comparison my quiet comfort headphones have the ability to toggle through connected devices with the power button. They are a bid odd in position above the ear canal (though not a "show stopper", but they did "pinch" / cause some manageable discomfort. Ultimately, though - they stopped working (red and white flashing light) after my second use - calling Bose support and using the update tool got one of the two working, but not both. Best Buy was amazing on the customer support, and I easily exchanged them for the Powerbeats Pro which I used for the first time last night and meeting my workout needs.

All the others had to be jammed into my ear just to get any bass whereas these sit outside and are much better. I am a distance runner and find these comfortable and stay firmly in place. I highly recommend them.
