Great concept but a horrible battery! I absolutely hate that I spent $200 on these things. I have always been a Bose fan but I am very disappointed in these. I would not recommend them!

When they work, I like them. I have had two sets since 3/6/2021 and both have failed with very light use. I expected more from Bose. The exchange process is also not easy.

Great item! Best purchase. I’m happy to hear Apple bought Bose. Looking forward to compatibility between products. Both companies top brand, loved and owned both products.

I bought these for my husband on Valentines day and he is in love with them. He says they are comfortable, easy to set up application. I give them a 1000% because he is happy

I think this item was quality sound but I was wrong. The sound is not like I want No have good sound No accustic sound No base power Sorry no is my election

I have purchased many Bose products in the past but I must say these were worthless. Unless you have large ears they will not stay in place. I did return these

Horrible. Cutting in and out constantly with my Apple watch 5. I have had several other earbuds like Beats and Plantronix and never had an issue.

Hurts my ears. Not made for larger people. These are causing lots of pain on the top of my ear.sound quality not good because the don't fit well.

I like to stay active and run on paved surfaces as well as trails for 1 to 5 miles depending on how I am feeling on any given day. I have various noise cancelling headphones that work well for running, but I tend to not use them when running on trails because I want to hear if there is a rattle snake or anything else ahead. This is where the Bose Sport Open Earbuds come in. they allow me to hear the environment while listening to my music, akin to open headphones. At first the Bose Sport Open Earbuds feel weird since they lay flat at the top of your ear and maintain their position via an ear hook. I have been used to earbuds going into my ear canal, and eventually falling out when I run (which is why I resorted to headphones instead of earbuds). The ear hooks work much better for me because I don’t need to worry about the Bose Sport Opens falling out. The earbuds are made of a solid plastic and I didn’t see any spots that would concern me if sweat got in. Spatial awareness comes at a cost, and in this case it’s bass. There is no bass from these earbuds at all, therefore if you need thumping bass to get you going, look elsewhere. Also, the earbuds charge wirelessly on a separate base which is not as convenient as the airpods solution where the earbuds can stay in the carrying case and wirelessly charge from the case. As a runner, I don’t mind the lack of bass but I know some runners really need bass to amp them up. I am happy to sacrifice base for otherwise great sound quality, comfort, and without having to worry about my earbuds falling out of my ears.

Just rcvd them after a month ago shipping got say so far one of the best earbuds I've had... 5 for now jejeje :)

Best earbuds I ever used. Normally they don’t stay in my ears and hurt after some time when they are in. These are great for workouts

I recommend this earphones if you like to listen to music or podcasts, I’m very happy with this item, it will stay in your ears with constant movement.

It is not comfortable if you use it for outdoor activities such as running. After 3 months of using it the left side does not work.

These buds suck. They are ill fitting, never feel quite secure. I have already lost one. When I do get more ear buds they won’t be Bose.

I have never liked putting earbuds into my ear. I find these and they are awesome. Easy to use and long listening.

My husband loves them got them for him for his bday as his pro beats went out and I know Bose is an amazing company

These earbubs are a little different than what I'm use to and surprisingly work very well. It took a little practice for me to find a good fit where it felt comfortable and didn't fall out while exercising. These are not the earbub that goes into your ear canal, they actually rest on the top part of the ear with a hook. My left ear fit really well and no issues but the right ear took longer to get a good fit. I reread the directions and realized it was fitting properly even though it felt loose, it was stable and stayed on my ear during my jogging and running. I guess my left and right ears are shaped differently. Also, I wear eyeglasses and found it was easier if I removed my glases while getting it to fit. In my left ear, I could wear it all day and not notice it's there but my right eye, by the time I was done working out, I was ready to take it off because it started getting uncomfortable where the plastic hook was behind my ear. Like I said my ears must be shaped very different. It looks a little different but I really like this style because the sound was good and clear and I can still hear talking and traffic. It made me feel safer on my jogging and running. Because it feels and looks different, it took a few extra days of using it to really feel comfortable with it. The app works well to and gives some options. I find the battery life to be pretty good, I mostly use it for working out, jogging, running, using treadmill, elliptical, and bike so battery last 3 days for me. It comes with a nice case, but the case doesn't recharge the battery, which is a minus for me. Because I have to wait till I get home to recharge it. I wish the charger was built into the case which would be so convenient. I was able to receive phone calls on these and calls were very clear even though it wasn't in my ear canal. Overall, I like this for working out because it stays put and I don't worry about it falling out. The sound is great, no issues there. The plus of being able to both listen to music and hear traffic sounds for safety. But my right ear getting uncomfortable towards end of workout and the case not able to recharge are my two concerns but everything else is a plus.

Comfortable. I like open earbuds because they don’t fall out and I can hear mountain bike riders coming while I’m walking my dog.

Very good works excellent just slide them on talk while you are driving and biking and mowing grass !! Recommend 100 percent

Not very comfortable, Which is a little annoying. They continuously cut out, support could not help. For that I give it a 1 start.
