Wish it had more sound

Have read some more reviews since and it looks like I will need to call Bose to figure out how to get the best sound out of them.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with the wireless surround speakers and you have chosen to return them. These speakers do not connect via Bluetooth to the system. Set up can be done in the Bose Music application.

Doesn't seem to provide much additional sound

I have been a very loyal customers of BOSE for many years but recently their product quality has not been able to compete with more advanced product in the market today. The idea of having these speakers wireless is great specially because it will enhance the surround sound experience. However, as I said they don't work properly. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

The speakers themselves take an adapter for speaker wires and the power cord goes into a large box. I think we may go with Sonus for the wireless home theater after reading all the great reviews. Sad that Bose seems to be loosing the wireless speaker competition

I would recommend that you tried resetting the speakers. You can do this by unplugging the speakers for 30 seconds and then plugging them back in.
