I haven't had any issues, as I've read from previous owners. I like that they are small enough to be put out of site and still heard.

You can barely hear any sound coming from them, except for an occasional high volume environment sound. I called BOSE corporate in Massachusetts, and were explained these speakers are not for overall surround sound, but for special effects. They don't work as the old BOSE theater system, with the "Cube speakers". It seems BOSE cut some corners when designing these new speakers.

But for the price, I would've bought the other ones instead that are 350 instead. I was expecting more sound from them. Maybe if I mounted them to the wall the would sound better, only problem is it's a block wall so I had no way to run the wire, I couldn't use the stands because my couch is in the way.

They only work when surround sound is built into the station or disc you’re watching. I would get very little use of this product. Make sure you have enough Blu-ray Discs or radio stations that have surround sound built in. Do your Research on speakers about how and when they can be used.

Posted .Hello! Glad to hear that you are enjoying the speakers with your Blu-ray discs. The surround speakers are designed to support a 5.1 surround audio format. If the source you are viewing (e.g. Movie/TV show) does not support 5.1, you will hear less from the surround speakers. You can adjust the volume of the surround speakers with the EQ/Audio adjustment page from the Bose Music app. You can find more info on how to do this here https://bose.life/3eTGoKe.
