I'm use to hard wire speakers and these are wireless, I don't hear the sound coming out of them as much as my old one, maybe I don't have them adjusted right, will have Geek Squad help me when this pandemic is over

      Hey! Thanks for your review!
I'm glad to hear that you like the size and the ease of set up!
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing low volume in the speakers. Have you run ADAPTiQ? You can also adjust the speakers volume in the settings menu of the Bose Music application.
      Thanks!

Not worth $5 let alone $500. Way too soft and even with the Bose music app you can't adjust them high enough to hear them. ADAPTiQ headset doesn't work, all you get are error messages and still no sound. Really sorry I put my trust and hard-earned money into a Bose system. Speakers are ok if all you're going to do is listen to music, but if you want surround sound for a football game, hire your neighbors to hoot and holler...it'll be cheaper and louder...

      Hello!

The ADAPTiQ process on your system is designed to tune the sound to your room and balance the audio between all of the speakers. If you find the sound of your surround speakers is not as high as you would like then running ADAPTiQ will help with this.
As it sounds like you are having trouble running the ADAPTiQ process, please do reach out to us directly as we'd love to help you get your speakers working at their full potential! https://bose.life/2P7Tuqt

Complete waste. You can not hear the sound. my phone speaker sound is louder than these speakers. limited volume comes out of the speakers if you are watching Dolby. $500 this is a joke. you have to literally lean or come close to the speakers to hear anything.

      Hi Agebleff123.

Sorry to hear about the issue you've had. I have looked into this for you.
If the source device is connected to the TV, check if the TV can send 5.1 audio to a sound system.
Some TVs can only pass two-channel stereo audio to a connected sound system, even if 5.1 surround audio is connected to the TV. In these cases, connect the source device (i.e. cable box or Blu-ray player) to your Bose system using a digital cable to hear 5.1 audio.

I'm sorry to hear your surround speakers aren't producing much volume, Aaron! With the Soundbar 900, don't forget to calibrate your sound via the ADAPTiQ process; this should help you get more out of your Surround Speakers 700. Also, experiment with different types of audio/content, as this will determine how much surround sound you'll hear. Warm regards, Fiopna M. - Bose Customer Support bose

Don’t waste your money, invest in another surround sound with rear speakers for the price. Bose isnt worth the money anymore, there are cheaper brands 100% better than Bose. I have the soundbar, sub woofer and rear speakers and for the price it’s not worth the sound quality. I even have the headphones and I had the Bluetooth speakers all from Bose and I’m never impressed. Find another brand that cost less you won’t be disappointed. Only reason I haven’t taken back any of those items is because I don’t have the time and I guess I’m hoping it surprises me one day lol!

Way over priced for what you get. Don't buy into they are wireless, you have just as much wire as if you had to wire into receiver. Very low quantity and sound.

      Hi there,

The speakers do wirelessly connect to the Soundbar, the wires are there to allow power and the audio signal to the speakers from the receiver. You can adjust the volume and audio through the Bose Music app, and you can reach out to us https://bose.life/38DNELy for help.
