I bought it from best buy and the return period gets over within a month. The sound quality is not at all good and i am unhappy with it. I also bought the omni jewel stand for this product from bose website and it this product is faulty and does not work with it. The product is still under warranty and I contacted bose support. The support is bad and its on sms. It appears that i can return this item to bose only if i had purchased it from their website. This product is still under warranty so i do not understand the purpose of the warranty.

They would not work wirelessly like advertised. Only when hardwiring would they work. Spoke with Bose and they could not get them to connect wireless either.

It's great that you got them connected in the app. The speakers need to be connected to the wireless receivers to work. Without the receiver connected to the speakers they won't work.
