I bought it from best buy and the return period gets over within a month. The sound quality is not at all good and i am unhappy with it. I also bought the omni jewel stand for this product from bose website and it this product is faulty and does not work with it. The product is still under warranty and I contacted bose support. The support is bad and its on sms. It appears that i can return this item to bose only if i had purchased it from their website. This product is still under warranty so i do not understand the purpose of the warranty.

Sorry that you're not happy with the sound. I'd recommend completing the ADAPTiQ configuration to ensure the best levels are set for your systems. Additionally, the speakers won't show up as their own entity as these are an accessory. Guidance on how to do this can be found here - https://bose.life/2UCgalS.
