Even bought the bass module that Bose says works with it and don’t waste your time. The sound was awful for what you call me to expect from Bose. There was no clarity, no award winning sound, nothing but muffle and poor controls. It was not my favorite Bose purchase and I have a Bose solo 5 in my bedroom that sounds better. As for the recommended bass module that runs $400 by itself so no great budget saver there at $250 for the sound bar. The sound bar was unable to put any power to the bass. You could feel the bass but you could barely hear it. If you’re looking for a good sound and great product from a brand you expect to be great don’t look at this one.

It worked briefly but only using Bluetooth; then it stopped working completely. It would not show up as a Bluetooth devise on any other devices. I tried everything, followed the Bose website trouble shooting steps, got a new battery for the remote, but only could get two white flashing LEDs that no one at Bose would tell me what they meant. The number for the Bose telephone help line is difficult to find and everyone there has a heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. Their only offer was that I could ship it to them for repair. I returned it to the store.

For the cost there are better options that I have tried. I thought the price point for a Bose system was good, but doesn’t deliver the same clarity and depth as other Bose products I own.
