Looks like I'm not the only one with premature failure problems. Bought the first one and it lasted about a month before it stopped working. Swapped it out and the next one lasted about 3 hours before it too failed. Swapped that one to a Sonus and so far, no issues. The one shining spot in all this was Best Buy's support. They outdid themselves making things right.

Base soundbar are really great and they Bluetooth with Firestick TV CUBE

Projects the voices from shows forward for great sound. Very pleased.

Average. Guess you have to purchase more advanced Bose soundbar to get really good sound.

Sound is bit low, probably due to my tv volume. Need to increase volume points for basic sound.

I returned this for a better system, the Bose Signa S4 3.1.2 Ch Ultra-Slim TV Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos and Voice Adjust because the voices were too hard to hear even when using the voice mode on the remote. Also, there was not a way to see which voice mode was selected on the TV or remote.

What a differance in sound. Bose the best spreakers abd great price

Decent sound, bass wasn’t great. Had issues with it staying connected to my tv. I would turn on the tv and it would work. Then next time no sound out of the Bose or TV speakers. Would have to completely unplug hdmi and power and reconnect only to get it to work sometimes. Returned it and exchanged for a Sonos Beam. MUCH better.

Sounds good but could use a little More bass thank you.

Not as powerful as I expected; did not improve sound quality, particularly for dialogue, as well as I thought it would.

Not happy with this thing at all. Originally bought a little over a year ago, and then within a few months it would not power on. I did an RMA with Bose and they repaired it and sent it back. Now every time my TV comes on, the speaker sometimes will not work at all and I have to restart it. First time purchasing a Bose product, and likely never will again. Nothing but frustration with this thing.

I bought item it worked 20 days but suddenly stopped worked i lost my money its very bad

Bought it July 2023 and here we are 8 months later and it overheats and sound keeps cutting out or sounds volume keeps going up and down. What I mean by up and down is normal volume to near no sound. Plan to call Bose and ask about their 1 year warranty.

Item broke after ~4 hours of use. It simply stopped powering on. Also... it has no buttons. So what happens if the remote breaks, or runs out of batteries? Very unreliable speaker.

Bought an open box product, however there was no remote, which is needed to operate the system. This was a gift, and I was disappointed.

Bose sound bar has the best sound. Very happy with my purchase
