    Purchased based on brand name but disappointed with performance. Barely better than my Sony tv output. Unless you have an inexpensive tv with poor sound pass on this item. Returned

    Bose - TV Speaker Bluetooth Soundbar

    Soundbar heated up and blinked white lights right out of the box. Product never worked. Unfortunately, I didn't open the product until my current soundbar died, and I hadn't purchased the extended service, so I was unable to return it.

    Connector/power in/output gets extremely hot and it stopped working

    I wish I didn’t spend the money on this. I don’t notice much difference sound wise between regular tv and having this on. Maybe there are better options out there but I’d skip this one.

    The sound quality is not so good. There is not much quality sound difference between our Sony TV speakers and the Bose soundbar.

    The sound was too low for the size of the room. I need a bigger sound system and it did not match up with my turntable.

    HDMI ARC Doesn't Work

    Never was able to put get the HDMI ARC to work with multiple TVs. Sent it in to Bose for repair and just tried it again. Nothing but problems with Bose TV Speaker. I hope you have better luck. No Bose for me in the future.

    Quick install by very knowledgeable technician. Some equipment still doesn’t work properly.

    I purchased this for my parents as it does an excellent job with the dialoge boost feature. It makes it very easy to hear conversations and voices in movies, news, etc, and catch everyword.

    Bought it for a 85 inch tv in our bedroom and just poor sound quality. Then found out the return window is 14 days?! How are you supposed to buy Xmas gifts if they have to return before they even receive? Poor customer service Best Buy

    Surprised from Bose. Usually they have dep rich sounds, but it sounds anemic.

    It was working really well until it didn’t. The speaker constantly cuts out and turns off basically making it unusable. I regret purchasing the product without a warranty, save your money bc I feel scammed

    This soundbar stopped working after 14 months of use. Bose wants $100 to diagnose, Best Buy support is not useful. Converting to ABT Electronics as Best Buy products and support has gone downhill these past few years.

    I know it was a refurbished item but I thought it would sound better than it does. Voices are distorted and it was a little disappointing. It took me to long to set up my TV and went past the return date. Otherwise I would have either returned it or exchanged it.

    It is small for a soundbar, and that is the best thing I can say about it. Not much bass, really nothing special, especially for the price. I have a very small Bose Bluetooth speaker which is awesome, so I bought this one. My little speaker sounds way better than this one, so I returned it.
