Great sound for the price. User friendly and easy set up

I purchased a 65 inch LG series 80 television and love it. The only downside is these flat screens don’t have the best sound. So, the research began and I ended up selecting this Bose thinking I had 15 days to return it if I didn’t like it. And, for the price, it was worth a shot. Well, the sound is awesome and I’m definitely keeping it. I did buy the HDMI ARC cable ( it comes with an optical cable) ands it seemed to have several advantages. (I think the HDMI cable allows you to use your tv remote to control volume). This was a no brainer and its working great. Highly recommend!

Prior to purchasing this soundbar, like everyone else, I was aware of Bose's excellent reputation. I purchased this in order to replace a substandard soundbar made by another company. This unit, the Bose unit, is AMAZING! Not only is the sound quality off the charts but I LOVE that it works with my cable remote so that I don't have to use a separate remote to manipulate the volume! Really has changed my TV-watching experience. I couldn't recommend this unit any higher! If there were six stars, I would!

Quality device, easy to setup and quality sound, easy to use

I wanted the Bose brand because of the Bose reputation. So I purchased the Bose 900 Soundbar, which sounds amazing, but always seem to "disconnect" and not work. It was set up to automatically turn on when the television is turned on, but that does not happen. I have to manually turn on the soundbar, and if I use the soundbar's remote the television turns off. I don't have patience for such high tech equipment, and I want to return it....I don't need headaches....have to pick my battles.

Wanted Bose because of their reputation for sound quality and found out it is true, great, sound! Using it with the smart TV is easy. Two problems are there isn't a way to see the volume level on the TV AND the biggest one is that to add a subwoofer it has to be a Bose product! Would really like to add the one I all ready own.
