It did work consistently for 3 months. Then it would switch between TV speakers and soundbar for no reason. Finally today it died. I am going to look for options to use the limited warranty. I would not recommend this item. I will go with Sony, instead.

IT WILL NOT WORK WITH SUBWOOFER UNLESS YOU WANT TO RUN CORD ALL THE WAY FROM BEHIND COUCH TO SOUND BAR. THE BEST BUY GEEKSQUAD NERD SUGGESTED IT TOO AND NOW I HAVE A UNIT IN MY WALL WITH CORDS HIDDEN THAT HAS TO BE EXCHANGED. BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER TH EPHONE IS TERRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY AGAIN THIS EXPERIENCE IS HORRENDOUS!!!!!!

This was for my mom because i gave her my sound bar, and she enjoyed the higher quality sound. We switched back and forth from this to the tv sound. At some points the tv speakers was very annoying. So she is happy with a constant flow of better quality sound.

Sadly very disappointed

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I couldn't believe or accept the very low performance and poor sound quality. I am completely disappointed with this BOSE product. I opted to buy another competing soundbar that is even smaller in size and -above all much cheaper- with sound and quality far exceeds this BOSE TV soundbar. I personally do NOT recommend it. You'll end-up feeling like it was a wasted of money.
