The voices sound like tin

This is one I would not recommend. The voices sound like tin. The small speakers on the TV sounded better. I had it connected with HDMI-ARC cable. I returned after 3 days

Sorry you were left disappointed in the voice audio of your speaker. Did you know there is a Dialogue Mode feature? Dialogue mode is available on your system to make voices more distinct and understandable. This is useful, for example, when watching a movie or show that has quieter spoken content. On the remote control, press the Dialogue mode button (lower-right) to enable or disable Dialogue mode for the current source. When enabled, the source light on the speaker glows green.

Very directional, you can tell is coming from under the tv and there's no stereo feel. I used to buy everything bose. Now I have Sony headphones and Sonos speaker. Bose is not the same.

It's strange that you're not getting stereo sound, the TV speaker has two full-range drivers that are angled to deliver wide, spatial sound. To ensure the best sound from your soundbar, we would recommend you check the TV settings.
For the TV Speaker it supports these two audio formats, Dolby Digital, and PCM, so make sure you have one of those selected.

Terrible bose really

No bass what so ever tiny sound stage tinnny sounding highs I could go on all day with this but i I won't waste anybody's time do not waste your money on this. There are much better sound bars for less money I'll be returning mine asap!!!!

This sounds like a $20 Bluetooth speaker. I returned it. I’ll wait for the Sonos Arc to come back in stock.

Comparison Between Samsung HW-F355 and Bose

It came with a subwoofer too so I was certain this Bose TV speaker wasn't going to any better than my Samsung. Boy was I wrong. I previously reviewed the Bose speaker and was overall not too impressed, but after a few extra weeks of use and more TV shows, the dialogue function made it noticeably easier to hear what people were saying. I used to ask my wife "what'd she say?", disrupting her show and getting a "BE QUIET!" from her. Dialogue is so much easier to understand now that I actually ended up turning off my subtitles after 10+ years! The sound is much more crisp than my Samsung soundbar and not as muffled, and the bass was actually on par with the Samsung subwoofer, without all the extra hardware! I tested the 2 soundbars by putting them side by side and muting each soundbar individually while watching TV and streaming music to see which one was the winner. Another plus is that if you connect via HDMI ARC, your TV controller is able to control the volume on the soundbar without the need of the included Bose controller. Super convenient! The footprint is smaller, sound is cleaner, and the bass is just as strong as my Samsung soundbar. Time to move the Samsung to the guest room! PROS: -Small footprint and clean design -Crisp, clear audio -Bluetooth functionality -Dialogue mode -Strong bass -Optical cable included CONS: -No HDMI cable included

Tested audio in open and enclosed space, various audio presets, etc. It just doesnt hit the mark. think to get True Bose quality, it takes a larger investment.

Not Typical Bose Quality of Sound

Had you not have retuend the speaker, the steps here https://bose.life/32XREiP would have helped you get the Bose sound you know and love. Sometimes, a refresh is all it needs!

Even though it says Bluetooth it was hard to connect which I primarily I wanted plus hook up to my tv. It well with the the tv if you are only looking for tv hook up only.
