Sad we didn’t get to experience it

But when it was delivered to our home it would not even turn on. We decided to go for a cheaper version and have been happy with it since. I wouldn’t say its a bad speaker as we never got to give it a chance.

Worked for one day and then stopped working but since it was in my bed room it was a few weeks that I had not used it and now Best Buy won’t take it back. Doesn’t work. Do not buy. Best Buy knows Bose is having problems with it. Bose knows there is a problem they said there is a 12 week repair wait on it.

Big Sound with a Small Footprint

The sound is excellent as you expect with a Bose. It doesn't overkill with the bass. It has the perfect amount of bass in my opinion. The sound is clear like other Bose products I own. The sound is nice and rich. The setup was really easy. All you have to do is plug in a couple cables, plug the power cord in, and turn it on. The Bluetooth also connected to my Galaxy phone without any issues. I'm really impressed with the big sound coming out of such a small setup! I played music from my phone and the sound was crystal clear. I watch alot of movies so this is really nice to have to amplify the sound and get lost in the movie. I couldn't imagine watching a movie without it now. I love the fact that it doesn't take up alot of room on my tv stand. The remote is also feels high quality and feels nice to hold. I am in love with this speaker and would highly recommend to anyone looking for big sound in a small package.

Turn on TV No sound - unplug the HDMI - plug it back it it works. Shut off TV turn it back on NO SOUND - unplug HDMI - plug it back in again It works !!

For me the the bose speaker is a clear downgrade. No bass, very flat sound over all. There are better budget options out there.

Very poor sound quality

It sounds very similar to any logitech speaker for less than $ 40 I bought it and the next day I returned it to the store. i have a nissan altima 2017 sl. I love the sound and quality that bose has but the price of these speakers is very high for the low quality it offers. I would like to try the 300 model but its cost is too expensive for the sound quality it offers

Controls are screwy

Whenever I change the channel, I have to readjust the volume. I have not found a solution yet.

You are correct, designed with simplicity in mind, the TV Speaker simply needs a single connection to your TV and it will be ready to go in no time! As this soundbar does not require an app to use, you won't be able to use it with the Bose Connect app.
I appreciate you have sold your soundbar but I hope this information helps if you decide to look at the TV Speaker again in the future!

Two failed units in three years

I had previous model which only worked for a couple of years. I changed cable and sources. Would get squealing noise then loss of sound. This was after working fine for a year. Very disappointed with the product and switched to another brand.
