Looks and sounds great. So far the only issue was connecting it to my Fire TV. I wanted it to power on with the Fire TV remote. I couldn’t get it to work but the Bose has the option to power on if there is a sound signal. With the power on by signal, there is a 1-2 second delay. Not an issue for me. There is plenty of bass for movies and music. I was looking for clear voice frequencies which this speaker delivers. This was on sale when I got it, so i think it was a good deal.

I just want to say the sound is great on this soundbar. It was easy to set up and it does have an HDMI ARC and an optical output. The reason I returned it was because you can only have one of them plugged in at anytime to utilize it. Since I was connecting this to a monitor and a tv I did not like that I had to connect and disconnect the cables. For a small room the sound is great! It is a simple speaker so you can't connect to the Bose App to control other features. For that you would need to upgrade to the Bose 600 or 900 and those are pricier speakers.

This speaker is very clear sounding and it is loud! The bass is just right too!

Small in design and great in sound. Doesn't take up too much room and is definitely an upgrade in terms of sound quality from previous entry level bose soundbars. Very easy to setup as well. You can easily add a bass module from Bose with an 3.5 aux cable. No HDMI eARC connection though, if that is what you need. A little steep at $280, but open box is more worth it.

We bought this sound bar on the recommendation of the man helping us in the store, and we are pleased with the sound quality.

The sound quality is solid, and Bose always delivers when it comes to clarity, but the price tag is pretty steep for what you’re getting. You can get a full setup from other brands for less that performs just as well or even better. It’s a good speaker, just not the best value for the money in my opinion.

The Bose - TV Speaker Bluetooth Soundbar - Black is awesome. The sound is specular. I have owned Bose speakers back in the day, the sound output is EXCELLENT. The style and size is perfect.

For the price, this Bose sound bar has great sound. My new Hisense TV recognized and paired the device without a hitch. The only issue I have is that the Bose sound bar volume appears on the screen but no sound is available without turning off the sound bar, then turning it back on. I have gone through all the trouble shooting recommendations from Bose, but none of them have worked. I power up the TV, which powers up the sound bar, at which time I power down the sound bar and turn it back on. Then I get Bose sound.

Sound is super loud. I love that it was easy to hook up and kool features to adjust how you want to hear the sound. Comes with a remote that is easy to use. I feel like I’m at the movie theaters. Not to mention perfect size.

Best speakers in the business, I have 3 of these and 1 in the box just in case. No need for expensive surround sound. A bose sound bar gets it done.

Great all around sound nice options and was easy to set up

I wanted to downsize from a Definitive Technology surround sound but still wanted some resemblance of better sound quality than tv sound. After reading reviews and sound testing numerous options, I felt the Bose unit was perfect for my application. It fills the room with sound and is a great improvement to any tv. We use it for regular tv and movies. It does not have the depth and power of a true surround sound, but you can hear definition in the sound it puts out. The Bluetooth feature is surprisingly convenient as well!

Great sounds and great price. I really like this sound bar as it was easy to set up and use. It's a game changer and so much better than the speakers built into my tv. Definitely the best bang for your buck and you can't go wrong with BOSE.

Pro's - Sound bar was very easy to install and provides very good sound...sooo much better than sound reflecting off the back wall and other hard surfaces. We can now understand what's being said at a much lower volume. Product has a low profile and no extra subwoofer to contend with. Con's - Included instructions are limited, so had to go online but webpage was VERY helpful. Remote uses IR to control. Cable provider IR remote was not compatible to sync directly with sound bar but other DVR fuction buttons control volume so volume changes with FF, Rew, up, down buttons. Quite a pain, mostly because dealing with cable company hasn't been very productive - surprise! If you have RF remotes or a compatible IR remote, won't be an issue. Outside of that IR issue, I would give it a 5.
