Stopped coming on - have to unplug/replug

I bought it a month ago for a tv I use occasionally. It worked seamlessly with my cable remote, turning on and off with the TV. This week I turned on the TV to no sound. The bar has no on off switch. It connects to the TV with an HDMI cable. I unplugged that cable and re-plugged it in. Still no sound. I tried to use the Bose remote for the sound bar - no response (it's possible the remote came with a nearly dead battery. The battery is not a common one and I have not tried to replace it yet). If I unplug the speaker from the wall outlet and then plug it back in, it comes on. Not functioning as designed!

I'm sorry that you seem to be having an issue with controlling the TV Speaker. It would be great if you could change the battery just to check in case of a faulty battery beforehand. If the issue persists, please do contact our customer support, we'd love to help resolve this.
