The Bose system was easy to setup and easy to learn how to operate.

I could never get it to work with the HDMI or optic connections to my LG TV. It worked briefly but only using Bluetooth; then it stopped working completely. It would not show up as a Bluetooth devise on any other devices. I tried everything, followed the Bose website trouble shooting steps, got a new battery for the remote, but only could get two white flashing LEDs that no one at Bose would tell me what they meant. The number for the Bose telephone help line is difficult to find and everyone there has a heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. Their only offer was that I could ship it to them for repair. I returned it to the store.

The sound bar does exactly what it says it will do. Positioned it directly under the TV and it really works well by providing quality surround sound.

This sound bar is adequate. It does not have enough depth. For the cost there are better options that I have tried. I thought the price point for a Bose system was good, but doesn’t deliver the same clarity and depth as other Bose products I own.

Good product I would recommend, I’ve enjoyed using it

Lasted a couple months and it started overheating even when not in use. Being hot, the unit did not turn on. Sounded amazing when working but major flaw on temperature design.

I bought this Bose TV Speaker as well as the Bass Module 500 subwoofer as a house Christmas present, but set up up the week to test it, and I was highly disappointed. The soundbar alone was fairly week. The dialog was fine, but even tweaking the settings and connecting the subwoofer didn't really add much. This was in a master bedroom, not a giant room by any means. I still have my old Bose 201 speakers from way back when, and they are solid. This particular soundbar setup just isn't up to par.

Perfect for a bedroom, never been disappointed with Bose!

Love sound but keeps shutting off requiring turning it back on as you change channels. I have Geek squad coverage and will be returning to store for fix.

How can you ever go wrong with Bose? It's not top of line, but definitely improves the sound quality over the TV speakers in an ultr-thin TV,
