First of all the remote control battery only lived 2 hours. After replacing the battery, it wouldnt broadcast. Then when it turned off, it turned on by itself even without the remote. . Had no means of turning it off. It kept going in and off.

Bought the first one and it lasted about a month before it stopped working. Swapped it out and the next one lasted about 3 hours before it too failed. Swapped that one to a Sonus and so far, no issues. The one shining spot in all this was Best Buy's support. They outdid themselves making things right.

Not worth the money

Had issues with it staying connected to my tv. I would turn on the tv and it would work. Then next time no sound out of the Bose or TV speakers. Would have to completely unplug hdmi and power and reconnect only to get it to work sometimes. Returned it and exchanged for a Sonos Beam. MUCH better.

Also, there was not a way to see which voice mode was selected on the TV or remote.
