This sound bar is much much better when hooked up via an HDMI ARC (with ARC being the important part). Otherwise you play a never ending game of which device to control the volume, especially if you switch between different inputs (like Apple TV, Blu-Ray, and internal TV). Sound is good - my main purpose was to get get sound facing me instead of bouncing off the wall from the tv (whole reason to get a sound bar). Cannot comment on if the Bose sounds better or worse than other sound bars but it is well made and sounds just fine.

I gave this to my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas and they love it. They said the sound is spectacular. I trust Bose to have wonderful sound. Apparently it was easy to set up and they can finally hear the TV again clearly. Wonderful gift for Christmas!

Currently use as soundbar for bedroom tv, a huge upgrade over the TV speakers. Only downside is e-ARC connection can be a little weird sometimes.

After purchasing several small sound bars for my bedroom, none of them got loud enough or had any bass. After purchasing the Bose TV speaker, the sound was loud and clear and had just enough base.

The Boze TV Speaker Soundbar is an excellent product for the price. The installation was easy and only took 15 minutes. Of note, we do not use the TV for gaming or concert music and only wanted better sound watching regular TV.

This is our first Bose soundbar and it has been a great upgrade over what we had prior. Set up was easy and I've been able to use it with our TV through the optical input and also played our turntable through it via the 3.5mm jack. Remote is easy to use as well.

Bose tv speaker did have great sound for the price. However there was no app to it and on the remote there was no treble. I did change it for the smart soundbar because I like to adjust treble and bass. However if you are on a strict budget this will be ok.

Obsessed. I need one for all my tvs. I love the sound quality and ease of assembly. Love that it doubles as my Bluetooth speakers

Like our soundbar. It goes well with our TV. I like that we don't need to use another controller, it works with the TV controller. The sound is great, but we're also not super picky. We got it so we wouldn't need to turn up the TV volume so high.

I have two LG 32 inch smart TV's that I I like very much but the audio wasn't quite what I hoped. The Bose Bluetooth Soundbar worked so well that I bought a second one for the other TV. I was NOT disappointed.

Purchased for outdoor fireplace mantel. Excellent and robust sound. Fills the space easily and clearly.

Very simple but very good soundbar. It doesn't have a bunch of bells and whistles like my last one but at the same time, fewer settings/options makes it much easier to setup and manage. And the sound is as good as any other mid-range bar I've tried.

I bought this for my small dining room where i get noise from my kitchen and outside. So this allows me to clearly hear my tv when is noisy. Its load for how small it is.

Can’t go wrong with Bose. For the price and the size it sounds great.

My entire house speaker is Bose.. I have an older version of what is now called Bose tv speaker in our guest bedroom and simply was amazed at the dialogue mode. Boy, I can hear more clearly the conversation of movies and shows. I got this speaker for my bedroom since my old Bose speaker gave out. I also added the bass module with this little speaker to add some boom boom while watching movies..

Excellent purchase from Bose. The enhanced dialogue button is a huge plus! The addition of the tweeter is what helps the clarity of dialogue when you press the dialogue button on the remote. Also produces decent lows too considering this is not sophisticated like more expensive ones.

good sound easy setup doesn't take up alot if space
