Bose Soundbar 900

So I purchased the Bose 900 Soundbar, which sounds amazing, but always seem to "disconnect" and not work. It was set up to automatically turn on when the television is turned on, but that does not happen. I have to manually turn on the soundbar, and if I use the soundbar's remote the television turns off. I don't have patience for such high tech equipment, and I want to return it....I don't need headaches....have to pick my battles.

BOSE sound bar

Using it with the smart TV is easy. Two problems are there isn't a way to see the volume level on the TV AND the biggest one is that to add a subwoofer it has to be a Bose product! Would really like to add the one I all ready own.
