Recently bought this product as an open box “excellent” condition item (you can read what Best Buy’s description of an excellent condition item is on any product page). I was excited to receive this item, however upon opening my packaging box I discovered this product was anything but in excellent condition. First there are scratch marks on the top of the speaker and also a deep scratch on the front where it looks like someone dropped the product on a hard surface. Hardly a non-blemished item as describe in the listing. Second, the listing says all original parts/accessories will be included in the package. My item was missing the remote to the speaker. I can’t even turn the speaker on to use this item. I could live with the scratches, but to not even be able to use an item that was sold as “excellent condition with all accessories included” is ridiculous. Best Buy needs to get their act together because this is the second order they have disappointed me on in the last month. The first was on an on sale tv I ordered that was delayed and was then recalled during shipment. They then try to charge me full price when I tried to reorder it and would not honor the original sale price. Such a shame that the only order I have had successfully receive from a “premier” electronics store was a S’mores making machine. Officially, taking my business elsewhere.

I have many of these in my home. Including the 900. From outdoors to the kids roons. Cany beat the clarity!! Overall great product.

Excelent sound for the price but first unit broke down after 2 hours. Had to get an even exchange at the store. This failure is big thumb down for the Bose as brand name.

Bought a Bose soundbar to hear better because the TV speakers are on the bottom and the sound goes down toward the floor.Love the soundbar!

I bought this for the tv in my bedroom does a great job of filling the room (20x16) and I don’t have to turn the volume up as loud now. The ARC connections work great. I can use the direct tv remote to control the tv and Bose soundbar. (Power & volume)

Great sound quality. East to install. Would recommend highly.

Bought this to improve sound quality of television and was concerned would have to add yet another remote to the ensemble being used for TV, but with the optical cord very easy install and sound increases through the TV remote so no extra remote needed. Very easy and much improved sound.

Awesome Sound and super easy to setup. That part of it is 5 stars. But not being able to tell what volume the speaker is on, how the bass is set. You just have to play it all by ear because there is nothing visually to show you what everything is set to.

This is an excellent Bose product for the price. Just what I need to enhance the sound in my living room without dropping a bunch of money.

The sound is good. I have a small room that it's set up in so I didn't want it to be too loud. I would say this is entry level sound but that's what I wanted. So far I've been very pleased with it

I have always been a fan of Bose products. This soundbar does not disappoint. An extra added feature bonus is the soundbar turns on automatically when sound is detected through the tv.

Good sound bar for the money but could use a longer optical audio cord so minus one star

I like how much noise it makes for a bedroom. It’s not too loud and not too quiet.

Great sound bar. Initially I thought the sound was terrible until reading about how you can change the setting for the bass to it. Now all the sound I’m used to from Bose really made all the shows and music sound great.

Needed a sound bar for my tv and decided to look at mid range priced sound bars and came across this one, the sound is great having some issue trying to control the sound bar from tv remote since it shows the two are connected but probably user error, besides that everything else is great

Love the sound quality, but it’s hard to turn it on we it just came on automatic instead of having to hold a button down forever

It’s small but it definitely gets the job done. I have it connected to my 85” and the sound is amazing. I hear all the sounds from the movies the thunder and roar. Great buy.

I got this for a 24" TV in our newly renovated kitchen. It sounds great given the size, but I found that it does not play well with the Vizio D series TV or a Westinghouse Roku TV I tried with it via HDMI-ARC. Given it is specifically Roku TV compatible, this was disappointing. Problems included no sound, lack of volume control, failure to power on, and in one case, preventing the TV from powering on as well. Firmware updates to the TVs and sound bar did nothing to alleviate the issues. I also purchased a Vizio 24" soundbar to try with the Vizio TV, and that seems to be working fine although it doesn't sound nearly as good at this Bose unit.
