Day 16 of owning…speaker got extremely hot, overheated and then shut down. This is a known issue. Read reviews! Can’t return it now due to Best Buy’s “15 day return policy”.

We have surrounding spikers on our bonus room and wanted to have something smaller for our living room. The Bose Tv Speaker Sound bar was just the right one!

Good, but due to the money others were to expensive

I was excited to buy this soundbar since it was a Bose but after using it. I am not very impressed. Sound quality is ok but my Samsung sound bar is much better and both cost 199.99 on sale. The biggest a disappointment is that it will not sync to my tv even though I’m using the HDMI ARC.

This sound bar is adequate. It does not have enough depth. For the cost there are better options that I have tried. I thought the price point for a Bose system was good, but doesn’t deliver the same clarity and depth as other Bose products I own.

The sound bar does exactly what it says it will do. Positioned it directly under the TV and it really works well by providing quality surround sound.

Perfect for a bedroom, never been disappointed with Bose!

I could never get it to work with the HDMI or optic connections to my LG TV. It worked briefly but only using Bluetooth; then it stopped working completely. It would not show up as a Bluetooth devise on any other devices. I tried everything, followed the Bose website trouble shooting steps, got a new battery for the remote, but only could get two white flashing LEDs that no one at Bose would tell me what they meant. The number for the Bose telephone help line is difficult to find and everyone there has a heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. Their only offer was that I could ship it to them for repair. I returned it to the store.

I bought this Bose TV Speaker as well as the Bass Module 500 subwoofer as a house Christmas present, but set up up the week to test it, and I was highly disappointed. The soundbar alone was fairly week. The dialog was fine, but even tweaking the settings and connecting the subwoofer didn't really add much. This was in a master bedroom, not a giant room by any means. I still have my old Bose 201 speakers from way back when, and they are solid. This particular soundbar setup just isn't up to par.
