    Best Buy made me a deal on bose open box after I returned a samsung that would not function, hooked it up, no sound, went on line help chat site for bose, had to wait for real person on chat, they directed me to website trouble shooting guide, went step by step and got it functioing perfectly, they have a really good help system.

    Sound Bar is great! Sound quality is just like the Bose Radio. We bought this 2nd one for our other TV in Launi because we loved the sound quality in our other TV.

    I love the big clear sound. It works great with my Tv. I had some problems to hear my tv but not anymore. And I also Bluetooth my phone to it to play music also.

    I have had no problems with it connecting to my Samsung tv. I got it to be able to hear dialogue better and it does what I wanted it to do. It's not a home theater system.
