It is crystal crisp effect of door opening, water drops and Bass. I have connected through HDMI, I had to change better quality HDMI cable to connect. It makes cracking noise while playing intermittently and not going away. I have disconnected power cable and reconnected after while too. I am thinking to returning it. We are the one watch TV a lot and play music everyday.

The intermittent crackling sounds like a minor connection interrupt over the HDMI. We'd recommend to try changing to optical or another HDMI cable to see if it's a cable issue.
