Solid company but 50/50 on quality

Come to find out it’s a known power chip issue. Swapped it out and the second one works so well I would but more if I wasn’t worried about them dying after the warranty. Sounds is great. Longevity is still up for debate.

New Laptop and Router

He set up my router and programmed my computer keeping all my old records and information in tact. I have great difficulty leaving do to my wife's illness and Dan, Jacob and Marcus gave me great service above and beyond the norm. Particularly grateful to Dan for his expertise. Not only did he do a great job setting up my system he educated me on certain operations of my laptop that I was not familiar with. As someone who is not very familiar with computers I appreciated his patience.

I specifically wanted a sound bar without the sub woofer and a bunch accessories all over the place. This one sounded great in the store but once i got home and hooked it up, nope. Would not recommend.
