    As a tech engineer, Best Buy gives me the best returns on my investment when I get my hardware gadgets from there. Nowhere else beat that customer trust and satisfaction than Best Buy

    Really liked this sleek TV speaker for a small cabinet in my main room. Nice for music too. BUT once I used it to connect my TV to a computer, it is stuck searching for a Bluetooth with 2 flashing white lights that interrupt speaker sound every 5 minutes, of course right after the 1 year warrenty expired. BEWARE: After research for a solution, there are MANY users with this problem. None of the suggestions work to factory reset. Tempted to just send to Bose and see what they do with this faulty product post warrenty. Unacceptable for this brand.
