Bose sound bar

It worked for a couple of hours and then it actually died. Could not get it to come back on. It died while watching TV and never reconnected. Even though it was hardwired.

Overheats and is now a brick!!

This is a known issue. Read reviews! Can’t return it now due to Best Buy’s “15 day return policy”.

We needed a soundbar that didn't have to have a separate sub, but could still produce quality sound and this is it.

Choose another soundbar

I am not very impressed. Sound quality is ok but my Samsung sound bar is much better and both cost 199.99 on sale. The biggest a disappointment is that it will not sync to my tv even though I’m using the HDMI ARC.

I watched the sales video prior to purchasing and the fullness of the sound was amazing. After receiving and hooking up to the TV, it sounded nothing like the video. Not much improvement over the TV speakers.

It worked briefly but only using Bluetooth; then it stopped working completely. It would not show up as a Bluetooth devise on any other devices. I tried everything, followed the Bose website trouble shooting steps, got a new battery for the remote, but only could get two white flashing LEDs that no one at Bose would tell me what they meant. The number for the Bose telephone help line is difficult to find and everyone there has a heavy accent and is very difficult to understand. Their only offer was that I could ship it to them for repair. I returned it to the store.
