Wouldnt connect via blue tooth or even with an HDMI cable. Tried every troubleshooting trick i coukd find and even tried a different tv/network. It would connect to bluetooth, but lost the connection within minutes. Very disappointed. Bose used to be a high quality product, but not my experience with this soundbar.

Even bought the bass module that Bose says works with it and don’t waste your time. The sound was awful for what you call me to expect from Bose. There was no clarity, no award winning sound, nothing but muffle and poor controls. It was not my favorite Bose purchase and I have a Bose solo 5 in my bedroom that sounds better. As for the recommended bass module that runs $400 by itself so no great budget saver there at $250 for the sound bar. The sound bar was unable to put any power to the bass. You could feel the bass but you could barely hear it. If you’re looking for a good sound and great product from a brand you expect to be great don’t look at this one.
