The label did not say what was wrong with it, got home and it’s missing the remote. Try to set it up with the HDMI ARC anyway…didn’t work. Apparently you have to have the remote to set it up.

It glitches all the time, leaving us with no audio. So we’re constantly unplugging it to get it to reset. I would not recommend this brand.

I could barely get it to connect and stay connected!! Didn't matter if I used the optical cable provided or supplied my own for the HDMI-Arc. The bluetooth option would not connect for 10-15 mins. I tried connecting, went into the other room, sat back on the couch, and 5 mins later....sound! I am connecting to a QN90A Neo QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. Let just say....I am done with soundbars!! Gonna go for the full thing next time!! Less disappointment.

No way to turn the unit on and somehow it only comes with a 1 year warranty. No power surge or incident other than poor craftsmanship. Absolute joke of a product. Could not recommend avoiding more

The sound would cutout and that was a real disappointment on my space shows. It was returned and another bar was bought.
