Faulty Product

Game changer!

I can actually hear the dialog now without having to turn the volume up so loud or aggravating my tinnitus. I wish I had purchased this sooner.

Sad we didn’t get to experience it

But when it was delivered to our home it would not even turn on. We decided to go for a cheaper version and have been happy with it since. I wouldn’t say its a bad speaker as we never got to give it a chance.

Its OK for a small speaker

Not much bass, really nothing special, especially for the price. I have a very small Bose Bluetooth speaker which is awesome, so I bought this one. My little speaker sounds way better than this one, so I returned it.

Bad Quality

I would highly recommend not buying this product.

Synced it with a Bose sound bar but you need to connect every time you turn on the TV.

Great Sound from a Small Soundbar

I connected it by optical cable and had sound coming from it and my built-in tv speaker (for comparison) at the same time and what I noticed is there were sounds coming from the Bose TV Speaker that seemed to be missing in the audio output of the TV's built-in speaker. The Bose speaker sound was clear and the audio sounded great. While it does not include a subwoofer in the box, the bass sound the speaker provides is pretty impressive for what it is. I was watching a music performance on a premium cable channel using the speaker and was totally drawn into it with this speaker. The speaker itself didn't seem to require any special setup (easy) to get up and running, it was just a matter of plugging in the right cables and it was ready to go out-of-the-box. This may seem like a small thing, but this Bose TV Speaker also powers on and off quicker than other Sound bars that I have owned in the past, which is something I appreciate. I want to note that there was not an HDMI Pass-Thru (in/out), which means if I use HDMI ARC I lose an HDMI port on the TV.

Junk

Worked for one day and then stopped working but since it was in my bed room it was a few weeks that I had not used it and now Best Buy won’t take it back. Doesn’t work. Do not buy. Best Buy knows Bose is having problems with it. Bose knows there is a problem they said there is a 12 week repair wait on it.

Turn on TV No sound - unplug the HDMI - plug it back it it works. Shut off TV turn it back on NO SOUND - unplug HDMI - plug it back in again It works !!

Average speakers at a premium price

For me the the bose speaker is a clear downgrade. No bass, very flat sound over all. There are better budget options out there.
