Not Bose quality.

It only worked with the cds we put in our dvd player. I have several Bose products, speakers, headphones, soundlink. This is lame compared to the other items. Very disappointed.

My First Bose speaker

Disappointed

We updated it, called customer service and nothing fixed it so we attempted to return it to BB but it was beyond the 14 day rtn period. We are returning it to Bose.

Not the best sound quality you would expect from Bose. My tv speakers do almost as good as this. Not impressed at all.

Distorted at Normal Levels in Less than 2 Months

We don't play it excessively loud but it's just plain distorted. Very disappointing because it's past the return date.

BEST BUY MILPITAS CA poor inventory control

I bought an "excellent" open box item from MILPITAS CA, and came home with no power plug inside the box. Came back to the branch store and was offered to buy the parts that is missing. Staff did not show sign of concern and makes you feel its your fault you did not check the box before leaving the store when i initially purchased it. Not my first bad experience from this branch "MILPITAS CA".....will try to lay low on buying staff from best buy and get it from amazon instead!!!
