No treble control. We took it back got a 70 dollar Visio that sounds better and has base and treble control.

This item said excellent condition and certified so bought this for for mu brother and shipped to a different country and later came to know there were no cables and remote in there, complete rip off never buy open box items from best but this happened twice for me already. Make sure u check whats available inside the box as soon as you buy it. When i called the only option they gave me return it Very rude knowing the item is no longer with me.

Suddenly stopped working! After having one month it suddenly stopped working and now I need to see about returning it since it appears Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy!!

I had to return this item. Did not sync up with my tv and other components of mine

Not what I thought it would be . Good for entry level but not impressed.

Was told by an employee that it would definitely connect to my TV. It would not, so it was useless to me.

Not worth it. I have and do own a lot of BOSE equipment and speakers. This is one I would not recommend. The voices sound like tin. The small speakers on the TV sounded better. I had it connected with HDMI-ARC cable. I returned after 3 days

This new Bose soundbar is an affordable way to get into the Bose sound club. However, do not think the entry-level price gives you entry-level quality. Instead, you get Bose sound with very high-quality materials including on the remote. The best part about this soundbar to me was the size. This soundbar is half the size of my Samsung soundbar. After trying the Bose with my television, it was clear it was better than my Samsung soundbar when I removed its Subwoofer and satellite speakers. Soundbar vs soundbar the Bose had the Samsung clearly beat. So, I decided to watch Spirited Away to get an idea of how impressive this soundbar is. The sound was incredible. If you have used a Bose product before then you know exactly what to expect from the sound. Perfect mid-levels, lows are there but not much, and clear distinct highs. The lows are made up by some really nice bass considering it's coming from an integrated subwoofer inside the soundbar. Ultimately, I decided to move this soundbar full-time to my PC. This is where I believe this soundbar shines extremely well. Thanks to its size, it fits perfectly on a small desk. When I connected via Bluetooth, Bose and Windows communicated together and set everything up instantly. I picked up the remote and pressed a button hoping it would just work. Well, it did. Every button on the remote works with Windows flawlessly. This is the perfect solution for someone who wants a small clean form factor for their PC sound. Whether you're looking for a soundbar for your TV or your PC like I ended up doing, this soundbar is excellent.

Terrible Bose Product. Very directional, you can tell is coming from under the tv and there's no stereo feel. I used to buy everything bose. Now I have Sony headphones and Sonos speaker. Bose is not the same.

I not sure how people who bought this sound bar and rated it high really this doesn't ever compare with sound bars that cost 75 dollars. No bass what so ever tiny sound stage tinnny sounding highs I could go on all day with this but i I won't waste anybody's time do not waste your money on this. There are much better sound bars for less money I'll be returning mine asap!!!!

I had low expectations as this is an inexpensive sound bar but I figured any Bose speaker will sound great regardless. This sounds like a $20 Bluetooth speaker. I returned it. I’ll wait for the Sonos Arc to come back in stock.

This is a very nice yet relatively small soundbar. If you are looking for a soundbar that doesn't run the entire length of your TV and still sounds great, then this might be for you. As is always the case with Bose, the sound is great. Mind you it is not going to be as loud and booming as a larger soundbar with a sub-woofer. But, it is as good as you will get while keeping things compact. The sound is clean & clear with nice vocals and just enough bass. The bass is there, but it's not thundering. This is to be expected without a dedicated sub (one can be added if you like). The standard connections are all here: HDMI, optical, 3.5mm and Bluetooth. As always, the best sound will be with HDMI or optical although I am finding the Bluetooth to work very well. From a controls & features standpoint things are pretty simple and I like that. Controlled with the remote, you have the usual volume settings and a button to select to select the vocal clarity. Also, if you have an ARC compatible TV you can control the sound bar with your TV remote. This is working nicely for me (I've had issues with this with previous soundbars). All in all, this is a great option if you just want better sound than what your TV has built in, yet you want to keep it simple and not have to have a giant sound system hooked up. Does it sound as good as a giant system, well, no. But this is probably the best sound you will get with a one piece soundbar and I am sure you will love it.

So I've had a Samsung HW-F355 soundbar for 5 years now which has served me great. It came with a subwoofer too so I was certain this Bose TV speaker wasn't going to any better than my Samsung. Boy was I wrong. I previously reviewed the Bose speaker and was overall not too impressed, but after a few extra weeks of use and more TV shows, the dialogue function made it noticeably easier to hear what people were saying. I used to ask my wife "what'd she say?", disrupting her show and getting a "BE QUIET!" from her. Dialogue is so much easier to understand now that I actually ended up turning off my subtitles after 10+ years! The sound is much more crisp than my Samsung soundbar and not as muffled, and the bass was actually on par with the Samsung subwoofer, without all the extra hardware! I tested the 2 soundbars by putting them side by side and muting each soundbar individually while watching TV and streaming music to see which one was the winner. Another plus is that if you connect via HDMI ARC, your TV controller is able to control the volume on the soundbar without the need of the included Bose controller. Super convenient! The footprint is smaller, sound is cleaner, and the bass is just as strong as my Samsung soundbar. Time to move the Samsung to the guest room! PROS: -Small footprint and clean design -Crisp, clear audio -Bluetooth functionality -Dialogue mode -Strong bass -Optical cable included CONS: -No HDMI cable included

This sound bar was a bust. It worked for less than five minutes right out of the box. I will be returning it.

Speaker quit working after a week had to return it for a different brand

Garbage! Definitely not worth your time and money. Leave it right where you saw it TRUST ME!
