Bose - TV Speaker Bluetooth Soundbar

Product never worked. Unfortunately, I didn't open the product until my current soundbar died, and I hadn't purchased the extended service, so I was unable to return it.

Bose wants $100 to diagnose, Best Buy support is not useful. Converting to ABT Electronics as Best Buy products and support has gone downhill these past few years.

Game changer!

I can actually hear the dialog now without having to turn the volume up so loud or aggravating my tinnitus. I wish I had purchased this sooner.

Then found out the return window is 14 days?! How are you supposed to buy Xmas gifts if they have to return before they even receive? Poor customer service Best Buy

Too complicated

Synced it with a Bose sound bar but you need to connect every time you turn on the TV.

HDMI ARC Doesn't Work

Sent it in to Bose for repair and just tried it again. Nothing but problems with Bose TV Speaker. I hope you have better luck. No Bose for me in the future.

Voices are distorted and it was a little disappointing. It took me to long to set up my TV and went past the return date. Otherwise I would have either returned it or exchanged it.

I would highly recommend not buying this product.

Big Sound with a Small Footprint

The sound is excellent as you expect with a Bose. It doesn't overkill with the bass. It has the perfect amount of bass in my opinion. The sound is clear like other Bose products I own. The sound is nice and rich. The setup was really easy. All you have to do is plug in a couple cables, plug the power cord in, and turn it on. The Bluetooth also connected to my Galaxy phone without any issues. I'm really impressed with the big sound coming out of such a small setup! I played music from my phone and the sound was crystal clear. I watch alot of movies so this is really nice to have to amplify the sound and get lost in the movie. I couldn't imagine watching a movie without it now. I love the fact that it doesn't take up alot of room on my tv stand. The remote is also feels high quality and feels nice to hold. I am in love with this speaker and would highly recommend to anyone looking for big sound in a small package.

Average speakers at a premium price

For me the the bose speaker is a clear downgrade. No bass, very flat sound over all. There are better budget options out there.

No good

Turn on TV No sound - unplug the HDMI - plug it back it it works. Shut off TV turn it back on NO SOUND - unplug HDMI - plug it back in again It works !!

Worked for one day and then stopped working but since it was in my bed room it was a few weeks that I had not used it and now Best Buy won’t take it back. Doesn’t work. Do not buy. Best Buy knows Bose is having problems with it. Bose knows there is a problem they said there is a 12 week repair wait on it.
