    Was told by an employee that it would definitely connect to my TV. It would not, so it was useless to me.

    This sound bar was a bust. It worked for less than five minutes right out of the box. I will be returning it.

    Better than TV speakers but not well balanced audio. Tested audio in open and enclosed space, various audio presets, etc. It just doesnt hit the mark. think to get True Bose quality, it takes a larger investment.

    Not Typical Bose Quality of Sound

    I've had Insignia brand soundbars that sound better than this one. Not worth the money. I have a Lifestyle system so I bought this for the bedroom TV and while the dialogue boost did its job, overall the sound it delivers is poor. I returned it today...

      I am so glad that you have been able to make the most of dialog mode. I find enhancing the conversations on the TV can be a great help sometimes. Had you not have retuend the speaker, the steps here https://bose.life/32XREiP would have helped you get the Bose sound you know and love. Sometimes, a refresh is all it needs!

    I do love Bose product but this one is caveman ages. Even though it says Bluetooth it was hard to connect which I primarily I wanted plus hook up to my tv. It well with the the tv if you are only looking for tv hook up only.

    Not much room for expansion. What you got is what you get. I sure hope Bose is not falling off with its great historical sound. Anyway, this item will be returned.

    Decent sound, simple setup, great TV soundbar

    Overall this is a great TV soundbar. What I appreciated the most was just how simple it was to set everything up. The directions were clear and I was up and running in no time with my TV and phone. While the sound quality is quite good for a small soundbar without a subwoofer, I must admit that I feel it could be better. The bass is surprisingly good, but it's still not as rich and full as it would be with a separate subwoofer. To be fair, this is billed as a "TV Speaker" not a soundbar. I also found that voices coming through were very clear, but a bit sharp or harsh for my taste. Overall the sound is great and these are just nit-picky comments. One thing I definitely like is how fast the speaker starts when the TV is powered on. The speaker detects the TV on and gives sound in just a few seconds with the HDMI-ARC connection.

    Unfortunately, the Bose Bluetooth speaker did not enhance the sound from the television.

    Honestly never in my life would’ve gave Best Buy a bad review but seriously? Forgot the remote? There is 4 things total that are supposed to come in the box an you leave out one of the most important ones

    Wonderful Sound - clear and loud

    This Bose TV Speaker is LOUD! It surely packs a punch in any small to medium room. I didn't try it in a bigger space but I'm sure it would fill it easily. First, the unit. This system is stylish, sleek and very attractive. It doesn't take up a lot of room, hides (if you want it to) in the décor easily and just looks super cool. The remote is also very neat looking. This system was super easy to set up and get running. It took maybe 5 minutes top to open the box, get everything set up and have sound coming out. We used this speaker with both Bluetooth and HDMI and it was super easy both ways and it packed the same amount of punch. If you like loud, crisp, clear sound from your system this is the speaker for you. Personally, I love a bit more "all around you" sound but for straight up, in your face sound this sound bar works great.
