A Surprising Letdown

All the positive reviews seemed to point to exactly what I was looking for. Hooked it up at home without a bump, adjusted my Roku TV settings with no problem, and started to watch our movie. At first, it was terrific! That is, until about an hour into it when the speaker suddenly turns off out of nowhere. Felt very warm to the touch. Tried pulling out the plug to reboot it but nothing. Even tried another outlet in case it wasn't getting enough power. The lights flash on quickly as if it's powering up but they go out quickly and it never does. I expected better quality from Bose. Seems to me I got a dud. Will be returning.

Bose dialogue mode a great function!

Sound has been great, especially the use of the dialogue mode which helps to bring out voices in any program so that they are easier to make out and follow.

Affordable Bose quality

I had a Samsung sound car prior to this one and the one by far is a much better product and sound. And I love the sleek design of it as well.
