We thought our hearing was starting to suffer because we were aways turning up the TV volume & dialogue seemed muffled at times but with the soundbar, TV is crisper & clearer! Concert videos are awesome!!

Use via an HDMI ARC for best results

Otherwise you play a never ending game of which device to control the volume, especially if you switch between different inputs (like Apple TV, Blu-Ray, and internal TV). Sound is good - my main purpose was to get get sound facing me instead of bouncing off the wall from the tv (whole reason to get a sound bar). Cannot comment on if the Bose sounds better or worse than other sound bars but it is well made and sounds just fine.

The sound quality was excellent and definitely improved the movie experience. We bought an open box and although it said it was "excellent" condition it kept making a shrill sound from time to time and so we returned it.

Good sound bar. Bose app not to good

Had some issues setting up. Matched up to the Bose 700 Bose module and new Samsung tv. Do not like that when going back to last channel no sound. So times we have to use the app to turn it on since it does not come on with the tv and cable box. Happens 70/30 of the times. 30 percent happens. Very annoying. Sounds great

It's a needed addition to any thin flat-screen TV. Love the remote. Can add a more expensive base sub at a later date if I want. It seemed to be a little taller than the height specification and would not fit under my Hisense TV. But it sits just in front and doesn't block the TV remote.
