I bought this a little over a year ago and loved it. It worked well for enhancing the dialog on my bedroom TV and had the bonus of working as a bluetooth speaker. Then, one day, the sound started dropping in and out, regardless of whether I was inputting from optical or from bluetooth. The speaker appeared to be dropping connection, reconnecting, dropping connection, reconnecting. The lights would fade in 3 times, then then TV light would light up, then all the lights would turn off and the sound would drop. Attempted to update the firmware but the speaker never acknowledged the USB drive in the Service port (per directions from Bose). I did a search on reddit and apparently this is common for this device. I bought Bose because I liked their quality and sound, but this thing was a big disappointment. Buyer beware. :(

Good sound bar but not east to set up with a Dish hopper and Samsung tv .Hopper had no code for the sound bar and would not couple. After using two day I finally got it to work. Part of the problem was the Hopper and some was Bose. For the price no too bad !!

I got this on sale. I had one in my living room and decided to get one for my bedroom. Sound is good, but like other reviews says, bass is weak. But I just need it to enhance conversations when I’m watching shows.

We needed better sound from our new Samsung QLED TV. The dialogue just didn't seem to be clear enough. With the help of the Best Buy employee, this unit does just what we need.

Great sound for the money. Makes watching tv more enjoyable now that can hear sounds that the tv wouldn't pick up until volume was high.

This soundbar is small but mighty. I feel its a good value for the price considering it is Bose.

You can't go wrong with Bose. Bought this to replace a samsung soundbar that just didn't make the cut. This is our second bose sound bar (different tvs) and the quality is 100%.

It's much better then the speakers from the TV. My only problem is that sometimes I change the channel the speaker turns off. I know I have it hooked up correct. I guess I'll have to ask Geek Squad what may be the problem. Easy to hook up other then that it's fine

Works great, sounds great. Boosts dialog audio, so you can actually hear what is being said instead of just hearing the "background" noise.

This TV speaker is really very good and lives up to its name. The only drawback of this is you cannot use a powered subwoofer other than Bose. Otherwise the sound quality is very good.

This Soundbar is incredible! The sound is crisp when watching a movie and when listening to music, well it's a Bose and you get what you expect, just excellence!!

I was looking for a smaller soundbar due to space limitations where my tv was but I didn’t want to sacrifice quality sound because I’m very picky about audio and this soundbar didn’t fail to impress!
