Bought this sound bar as an open box item for a media wall build. It was marked as excellent condition which means all parts are present. A "good" listing means some parts "MAY BE" missing. I didnt open the package for 3 weeks while waiting for the construction to be completed. When I opened it the power cord AND REMOTE were missing. Hardly EXCELLENT quality. Needless to say, I was unaware of their 14 day return policy or i would have immediately inspected it. Im waiting on a resolutionand hoping for the best. A 14 day return policy is insane. I will think long and hard before purchasing from BB again.

The TV, Sound Bar & TV stand mount are great. The Geek Squad team that came out did a excellent job. They where polite & very helpful. Thank you.

I purchased this product thinking it will give me a good Bose sound quality as my existing Bose system. I was hugely disappointed, Returned the product. Not recommended.

this soundbar gets very loud with the volume all the way up. it’s almost too loud. then when you turn it all the way down, it’s almost like there’s no soundbar at all. i recommend turning it up at least a little or just don’t buy it, you know?

Noticeable improvement in dialogue. I had an older tv that did not have good audio. A higher end newer tv would likely not benefit as much.

Sound was not as good as I wanted it to be but isn't too bad. For the amount you pay, I think you should get a little more.

Got this for my son as a Christmas gift. Was just what he wanted. Easy to set up. Great sound

I feel like Bose is going down hill, this is the second item I have purchased of Bose in a few years and not happy at all. Sounds ok not what it should though. I had a Samsung before and wanted to upgrade but I am going back to the Samsung.sounded way better

Normally the clarity in sound is sharp. Something is a little off but it could be me. I'm still adjusting settings. I have purchased Bose TV Speakers in the past.

I would recommend this Bose Soundbar to anyone who has as flat screen tv. The improvement of sound clarity is amazing. We like this unit so much we plan on getting one for the bedroom.

I'm gonna use it for a while, then I'm gonna stop using it after that, since i only use it for a while, before i stop using it

The TV was delivered in mint condition. The two gentlemen, who delivered the item, were polite, friendly, and courteous. They should be congratulated, too. The TV worked at power on and all is well.

Excellent sound! No subwoofer needed and I like how thin it is compared to my other one

It has lasted 6 years and do get the insurance just in case.

Works OK. Not sure if I'm noticing a huge difference from the TV audio. The HDMI-ARC is working well allowing me to power and use via TV/Tivo remote. Also, like that I see volume indicator on TV when using TV/Tivo remote (not getting that with Sonos).

Very professional staff, the store is extremely clean and you can find all electronics you need there.

Work great Grandkids love them. They keep them on camper for camping trips so the kids can ride around the camp grounds.

the first one,right out of the box was flawed,but we returned it with no issues.then got a replacement and its been great ever since.....top knotch perfomance...not surprized its Bose!
