The Sound that I needed

I needed for sound because this is an install in a small cabinet and the sound was muffled because the speakers for the TV where under the unit and so therefore blocked.

They placed the wall mount, hooked up the other parts of the system like the router, and programmed the TV to run through the speaker, and mounted the surge protector to the wall so the TV his it.

We liked that the Bose offered a one-touch button to improve voice clarity. The problem we found is that it gave all other sounds a muffled whirl type sound that was quite annoying. We returned the soundbar and made some adjustments to our old one which now sounds better.

It's great to see that you're loving the dialogue mode available on the Soundbar. I understand you returned it due to finding the audio muffled. In dialogue mode it does lower and even out the background sounds to help clear up dialogue.

Better in small spaces

Good sound for a small room. No levels on bass boost, maybe it is just on & off. Pricey for small room sound. Is better than television speakers.

Hardly Ever Works

When it is working it sounds great but most of the time when we turn the TV on it takes us a couple of hours to get the sound bar to turn on. And now that it is more than 14 days Best Buy says sorry sucker you are past the refund period. I should have bought it at Amazon.

I had previously used a Bose Wave with the phono plug for earlier TVs and it worked just fine. This new sound bar was barely discernible from the TV speakers. Returned it and got the Samsung soundbar which was more tightly integrated to the Samsung Tv.

But like many Bose products it"s a little over priced at $250.
