It depends on the shape of your ear how they fit. The volume for me is not loud enough. When I attempt to adjust the earbuds, they go back how they were and my volume goes back down. They might work better for others, but not as well for me.

Best earbuds ever! I was very skeptical about the quality of the sound because this are open earbuds, but they sound great!

I am a person with small ear canals and cant wear the ones that go into your ear. I’ve tried JBL, MPOW, Apple even alexa buds. none stay in my ear. These just clip to my ear, and dont fall off AT ALL, great for the active person. I can listen to music, watch movies and take calls, even ask “hey siri” to ignore a call or make a call. The bad side, call quality isnt all that great but who makes calls nowadays, its texting or emails! Love these so much Im buying two more pair for my kids so i dont have them tell me the headset hurts their head!

I loved everything about it. All other earbuds were very uncomfortable after few hours sound is unbelievable and second to none.

These buds are amazing. Lightweight and they basically hook onto your ear and not into your ear canal, which always gave me pain after a while.

Great sound which is expected from this brand. Unfortunately, using the app isn't an improvement on sound quality. Two stars because at this price point you'd expect an overall decent experience BUT the phone call quality is waaay below acceptable. JLABs at least inclue 2 Mic ENC on their epic open sports for less than half the price. I WOULD NOT recommend these to anyone expecting to make phone calls with them. Which these days, I'm sure almost anyone is expecting to take or make calls. Bose price point remains high but dont improve quality.

These are absolutely perfect for running on the trail. Be able to hear everything around you

I like the openness of the headphones but long term wear it hurts the ears a bit soreness to it because it clips tight. But it sounds great and loud enough to be able to be aware of your surroundings.

Great but some issues with connectivity and slipping

Whenever I use the EarPods for the radio, music, or while watching TV, the sound quality is amazing. But when I use them for phone calls, the person on the other end can’t hear me well and sometimes not at all. It’s a shame that I still need to return these because I need something that works in unison with phone calls.

I've always had trouble getting earbuds to fit in my ears and to stay in for long periods without causing pain. Both of these issues disappear with this product. These earbuds deliver clear powerful sound and sit comfortable in my ears for hours. I couldn't be happier with these earbuds.

These headphones are so comfortable and don’t bother my ears after wearing for long periods of time. The sound is very good quality and easy to hear, even in a busy room.

Great headphones I used for running! They were only drowned out in a loud boxing gym, which was a bummer because I got them for boxing. But every other place, they were good in sound and quality.

Amazing earbuds that are super lightweight and the sound is amazing

[Employee of bestbuy] I bought these as a christmas gift for my mom because she has a hard time with regular ear buds hurting her ears and is not a fan of over the ear headphones either. These clip onto the side of your ear and dont sit down inside eliminating the uncomfortably she experiences with traditional buds. She will even forget she’s wearing them. She absolutely loves them.
