Con: Not particularly useful to me in practice. They do not fit properly for me, falling off my left ear constantly. There are fewer problems with the other ear, likely because it is a slightly smaller size (protected the right better during the HtH days). For both, the noise escape is enough for anyone nearby to know exactly what is being listened to. When offered to my wife to try, she pulled them off immediately; whenever there was a beat, she could feel them buzz against the back of her ear and it was uncomfortable. I expect that they would work really well for someone that they can fit and doesn't mind the movement against their ear.

And the mic for calls could use some work, everyone has trouble hearing me.

They clip on ok but the sound seems to be muffled with how they fall in my ear. One of the buds doesn't seem to connect 100% of the time and I have to put it back in case and then try again. I have them linked to phone and computer, if computer is on and I want to use them with phone they won't connect. Haven't figured out how to correct this other than have computer off.

As for the connection issues you mentioned, it is best to wait until the right earbud's battery level has been announced before you put the left earbud in. Lastly, you can store up to 6 devices in the earbuds' device list, however you can only connect and play audio from one device at a time. I hope this information is useful! After they checked my earbuds, they told me I have to pay $40 restocking fee or I have to file a claim on Bose Website. With these expensive earbuds you think you would use them for long time, the answer would be “NO” I only used them for 1 month and a half. I would not recommend anyone buying these Bose Open earbuds.
