Not sure why, but i would’ve absolutely kept them if they didnt make me feel off. Would not recommend if you have super good ears like myself. That frequency was way too much!

The earbuds are designed to let you enjoy your music while staying aware of your surroundings, keeping your ears open to hear the world around you while OpenAudio technology delivers rich, private sound.
At moderate listening volumes, they can deliver clear sound while helping reduce ear fatigue. We’d recommend adjusting the volume on your device to see if that improves comfort. Hope this helps!

It’s hardly noticeable around the ear, but I do find myself having to adjust it for the best volume range. For the best experience download the Bose app
