Bad Bluetooth connection.

I’m beyond frustrated and I e had these less than 3 days. I want to say it’s my weeks but these ear buds do not switch from my work computer to iPhone seamlessly. You have to go through an app and even then it doesn’t recognize my computer.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call. Please ensure the microphones are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly on each ear. While they were very light weight and comfortable. I could never find a position that provided even "decent" sound quality or volume. I returned them.

It's perfect set of sports earbuds with a perfect usage scenario when you sitting indoor under a quite atmosphere. Ah, no need to mention the small issues like no ANC, volume extremely low and not for people with big ears, those are harmless small problems that not worth mention.

However, they do feature an automatic volume control feature which will help you hear music evenly as your environment changes around you. In addition, proprietary Bose OpenAudio technology allows the earbuds to play rich, immersive audio privately. The buds are designed to fit all; the light-as-air flex arm provides enough grip to keep the buds secure on any size ear. They're even designed to attach to a part of the ear that does not interfere with most glasses, hats, and piercings!

The mic was actually awful! Could not hear me on calls what so ever. For the cost of these I was not going to let these key factors not be mind blowing. Cute concept but needs improvements. Returned.

I feel they could have made this much better. I do like the way it fits and does not move from my ear, But I had to return these because I do not compare to an Airpod.
