Great sound. These are very comfortable and won’t fall off while working out!

I love the way they sit on your ears, and love the concept of not having something in your ear. I work in a semi noisy environment however, which make these earbuds useless. The volume on phone calls is extremely low, I tried every setting on both my phone and the Bose app and nothing could make them loud enough to have a conversation. For $300 I expect to be able to use them for more than just listening to music.

I love these open ear concept. I can enjoy the nice clear sound that Bose offers while still being aware of things happening around me. I bought them for me but my son wears them all of the time because he likes them better than Apple earbuds.

These are terrific. I love having my ears open, and they sound much better (with Immersion turned on) than expected. They almost look like large piercings than earphones.

You have to buy these! No ear pain! Finally something that is comfortable and not ha ion my neck creating a weird tan line.

Great idea that works. You can hear everything around you. Downside... If your talking to someone, they hear all sorts of background noise

These headphones are great, i absolutely loved um....until i misplaced them somewhere in my house. However, theres no way to make them play a sound, to get them to vibrate nothing. It will ONLY show the last known postion, and ONLY since the last time they were connected. Its absolutely stupid. They wont connect or turn one to use a Bluetooth scanner and theres no way to make them make any kind of sound. So now im left with writing off a $300 pair of headphones because they dont have a find my function like my $30 knock off amazon ones do......just bare that in mind should you choose to buy um

Could not be happier with my purchase. Bose has always been known for top quality and did not disappoint here at all whatsoever. Noise cancellation makes it seem like the whole world came to a total stop and it’s total silence. Absolutely credible!

Great but needs better directions for placement. Sounds good, but expected louder experience

These are the best around, especially for people that have small ear canals like myself. I’ve spent several hundred dollars trying top end earbuds and they all hurt except for these. I totally recommend getting them!

I been wanting these for awhile now, and I finally got them and im happy with them… they only thing i dont like is I spent so much money on these things and there’s no noise cancellation thats the only thibg wrong!!!! Other than that I’m going to enjoy them ❤️  also that’s the reason I gave four stars 

These are great in sound, everything was clear. Some glitching. Easy cleae calls. I had tormeturn because they were a hassle to put on my ears. I have small ears, i constantly had to make sure I put them on right for fear of them falling off.

It’s great for listening to music but when making a phone call or during the phone call the other person has a hard time hearing you. You have to speak really loudly which is not good and they are $300. I’m not going to pay $300 just to listen to music, so I will be returning them

I love the comfort of the earbuds. I can lie down and not have any irritation. Only con is people cannot hear me while on phone even when I yell they say i sound very far away.
