Not For Gym Use

Maybe it's my own fault...for medical reasons, not supposed to insert anything into my ear canal. know they're not built for volume, but with the ambient noise/music in a gym atmosphere, they are just way too quiet. It's a struggle to even listen to a podcast. The connectivity is also surprisingly bad. The left earbud cuts out somewhat frequently, and if you cover your ear for any reason (like wiping sweat), the sound is interrupted...very strange.

Because of this open design, the volume experience is different from our other earbuds, such as the QuietComfort series, which are built for immersive listening.
Regarding the connectivity issue, Bluetooth range is typically about 33 ft (10 m), but this can be reduced by obstacles such as walls, doors, pockets, or even nearby Bluetooth devices. If the earbuds and your phone are farther apart or blocked, interruptions may occur. We recommend keeping the device and earbuds closer together to help improve stability.

Other earbuds usually hurt my ears after I use it for a while but with these earbuds I have notice that I haven’t experienced any of that yet.

They are open ear, so it’s not a fair comparison to compare to closed earphones. I enjoy hearing my music and audiobooks while still hearing what’s going on around me. Sometimes people can’t hear me talk on the phone, but when I simply adjust the earpiece, they hear me. Best thing about them is they are absolutely 100% comfortable to wear all day. I can even sleep in them!

The audio quality is amazing, and it stays on - no matter how hard you work out. It is also quite stylish, so you can wear it dressed up or down, and it is slick enough to look stunning. Sure - there is no noise cancelling, but you will not be getting this item if you wanted noise cancelling. This is Bose done right!
