The clamping on the ear are not strong at all

I almost lost them about 100 times to expensive to loose them becuase the quality of grip on them is no good. The sound is amazing , but becuas they are far from your ear the sound is super low. I put them into my ear canal the sound is amazing. I rather keep my Shocks they sound clear and louder than the boose. I 2as not happy becuase the sound is to far from you ear. I went to a store to teach me about the app to make them louder, but they still didn't sound as loud and clearl as my shocks.

Sore ears Had to return

They squeezed the cartilage of the ear which drove me crazy and after a few minutes made my ear sore. I kept wearing them and rotated one ear at a time for my meetings all day thinking I may have just needed to break them in, but both ears were just so sore. I liked that they stayed outside of the ear and the sound was amazing but I had to return because they were not comfortable for me. I tried them in different places by sliding them up and down the ear but that didn’t help.

For reference, the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds have a battery life of up to 7 hours with Immersive Audio off, 4 hours with Immersive Audio on, and 3 hours with both Immersive Audio and Auto Volume on. The case provides up to 19.5 hours of charge. Earbuds take about 1 hour to fully charge, the case about 3 hours, and a quick 10‑minute charge provides up to 2 hours of use. The ability for the ear buds to not actively block outside noise is great. The only minir annoyance is thst the battery level between L and R is different. One will go to 90% before the other, but ultimately does not impact performance. Would recommend!

When worn correctly, the earbuds will direct plenty of volume and rich-quality audio into your ears, without other people being able to hear any detail of the music unless they get up close.
