    Can’t think of anything wrong with them. I really like how after hours of using them you forgot that you’re Wearing them. Probably calls are not the best, but I can live with it.

    I bought it thinking I would have to return it but it is a wonderful device that transports you to another world, META really did an incredible job with better functions than the Apple vision pro

    These are the worst ear pods I’ve ever used. While trying to make a call No one can understand a word I say. Thought maybe it was just a defective pair . I exchanged them for another pair. SAME PROBLEM

The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are designed with two microphones in each earbud to help improve clarity, but performance can sometimes be affected by fit, positioning, or obstruction. Please ensure the microphones are not blocked by hair, clothing, or headwear, and that the earbuds are positioned correctly. Updating the firmware through the Bose app can also help resolve microphone performance issues.

    Not all is cracked up to be. I purchased them because of the quality of the brand, but so disappointing.

    These headphones are amazing for music listening. But these are probably the worst head phones i have owned to talk with. I had them replaced by bose but the new ones had the exact same issue. The person on the other end was barely able to hear me.

    This is definitely not for everyone. Honestly the phone call quality is terrible and music isn’t that great at all. Not worth the price tag at all

    Call quality is absolute trash. After 3 weeks of trying to make them work, it was too late to return them. Everything else is okay but the call quality appears to be something a senior manager decided to ignore to push the product out. No way and engineer let this slide without being overridden. Price point vs comp at this quality level is not okay.

    I love the concept of being able to listen to music and hear the world around you. The item itself was light weight and stayed on while moving around but after a while of wearing it my ears would hurt. The item put alot of pressure in one spot hurting me . The audio wasnt too bad but using it for calls was a no go. There was constant complaints that the other person on the call couldnt hear me. I ended up returning it. For the price it wasnt worth it . I expected better.

    Very comfortable to wear. The problem is the sound. Its very low, very hard to hear anything. And when on a call, nobody can hear you! I love Bose products, bit this one is a big miss!!

    Great idea very but need work. Music sounds great but when it comes to taking you can barely here your conversation and you sound far away to the person yiu talking to. Non of the background noise is block out
