I bought them for my wife and the sound is very low, the person on the other end can barely hear what youre saying and no matter what adjustments we made, still the same result.

Now, i don't have to remove it and sometimes i forget that i'm wearing it coz for some reason it feels light when you clip it to your ear.

Everything else is perfect. Most comfortable buds ever. LAST thing is that they are not worth $300 though.

Immersive audio on these are second to none. The sound quality is pure Bose and second to none.

They are perfect for me cause I don’t like over the ear and I get to many ear problems with in ear head sets. Only problem o see is that they are heavy and sometimes the they pull in my ear causing the audio so sound lower than it is.
